Key Function:

The candidate would be the point of contact for OSN customers to solve their issues and to renew, reconnect, collect and upgrade appropriate products and services to existing and cancelled customers, to contribute and generate revenue for Orbit Showtime Network.

The Role:

• Selling OSN Pay TV services directly to potential customers in Retail Outlets.
• Presentation of OSN to potential customers and closing the contract.
• Reaching pre-set sales targets.
• Collection of renewal subscription fees.
• Being proactive and actively attracting potential customers to the outlet, pursuing any and all sales opportunities.
• Accurately and timely reporting of activities and results to their supervisor on a daily and weekly basis.
• Answers customer queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Punctual attendance and participation in scheduled sales meetings.
• Assisting team to meet goals by actively contributing in team meetings and by assisting other team members.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by the specific products and services offered.
• All other duties are requested from time to time.

Skills:

• At least 2 years experience in a direct sales/retail sales field. Sales Experience is non negotiable.
• Must speak & write good English and Arabic.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and numerical ability.
• Quota achievement records.
• Must reside in Bahrain, no outside applications will be considered. Bahraini Nationals will be given preference.

Marketing Specialist is specifically responsible for the following:
• To market and promote dubizzle in local market;
• To implement and support dubizzle initiated marketing initiatives;
• To submit activity reports on regular basis;
• To proactively identify and secure content, through:
o B2B listing deals (with property, automotive and employment agencies and others);
o B2B cooperative partnerships, such as barters and joint branding;
• To leverage dubizzle on-site reviews, event coverage and similar to build networks of dubizzle communities and buzz;
• To leverage unpaid dubizzle enthusiasts (such as journalists, social media personalities and e-business gurus) to create buzz and to enhance dubizzle’s business and competitive position;
• To identify and close dubizzle site advertising deals;
• To maintain and provide dubizzle with intelligence and action recommendations;
• To establish and manage the marketing consulting team in local market;

Skills:

• experience in selling or face-to-face marketing and hence a good understanding of how your local market works;
• great communication and negotiation skills;
• excellent telecommunication skills and customer service attitude;
• an ability to get analytical about your projects;
• comfortable with a performance related reward culture (. low basic salary, bonus if targets are hit);
• no qualms about getting their hands dirty;

Job Description

Jotun UAE - Bahrain Branch is growing rapidly and to support our ambition of further growth and development, we are seeking a candidate who can grow and develop along with the company. We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual for the post of Key Account Manager to lead the Protective and Marine business in Bahrain Branch that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. This position will be on local contract and will report to the Country Manager.

■ Promote and sell Jotun Protective and Marine Coatings to customers in allocated geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship & obtain market information.
■ Responsible for projects by following up closely to ensure Jotun’s products are used and to achieve sales budget.
■ Promote Jotun paints to allocated owners & consultants through regular visits & follow up.
■ Co-ordinate with Customer Service Department on Product Prognosis and delivery service etc. to ensure customer satisfaction.
■ Follow up customers on proper pricing and customer selection to achieve sales budget, DSO and gross margin.

Skills

■ 5-7 years of Sales Experience in Protective / Marine Paint field preferrably in Gulf area.
■ NACE/Frosio Certified.
■ Management experience.
■ Responsibility for budgets and results.
■ Good negotiations skills.
■ Building good customer relationships.

Job Description

A fast growing media group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their office in Bahrain.
You will be responsible to actively generate leads, contact prospective clients, sell and promote the company services and products.

Main Job Responsibilities

Product Knowledge
• Fully understand the group’s products and services
• Detail any training requirements clearly to senior management
• Understand the Services you are offering and the benefits to potential clients
• Understand the group structure and company role

Sales
• Sourcing leads and identifying new potential clients
• Research target companies using online and other resources
• Contact business leads to obtain meetings through email and telephone
• Meet clients face to face to present the company’s products and services
• Following up with client whether email, telephone or face to face
• Develop ideas on new product offerings and methods of sale
• Identify new target markets and opportunities for the company
• Create proposals and conduct contract negotiation
• Close the sale as effectively as possible

Reporting & Management
• Achieve set KPI’s and revenue targets
• Present accurate and timely weekly reports or progress reports when requested
• Maintain records of leads, contacts, opportunities, proposals and revenue
• Report any issues clearly and in detail to direct report
• Train and mentor new employees as requested

Skills

To be considered, you must have the following skills and attributes:
• Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience of which 3 must be in a consultative selling role
• Minimum of 3 years in the region
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office
• Arabic speaking is preferable but not essential
• Good use of business English
• Willing to work of part of a team as well as individually
• Must be able to adapt to change
• Must have own driving license and transport
• Travelling will be required as part of the role
